Items are usually shipped within 3-5 business days via USPS priority mail with tracking. If you have questions about your order, please contact us.​ We currently ship to customers in the United States only.

Lost or Stolen Packages​​

Please be sure the address is correct when completing your order. The Skin Therapy Center is not responsible for lost or stolen items once they have been scanned as delivered and your order cannot be refunded.​

Returns & Refunds

If you have any issues with your item, please email us your concerns with an attached picture of the item and we will be glad to help with your return or exchange if:

- Product packing and items have NOT been opened. Opened or damaged products cannot be returned.

- You contact us within 14 days of delivery

- You Ship items back to us within 30 days of delivery
