CranioSacral Therapy

CranioSacral Therapy is a light-touch, whole-body treatment technique that works with the body’s craniosacral system to support and nourish the central nervous system — improving overall health and well-being. It helps to alleviate the aches, pains and strains of life and improves coping mechanisms to allow for better management of stress.

Shiatsu Shin Tai 
Shiatsu Shin Tai encompasses acupressure, fascia release, structural correction and meridian balance to recover and balance the body, mind, emotions & spirit. It has also been known to improve flexibility and muscle tone, circulation, digestion and elimination; enhance abdominal breathing and oxygenation of tissues; support healing from fibromyalgia, lupus, asthma, irritable bowl syndrome, fatigue, and other chronic conditions; promote healing from injuries and surgery; and enhance the body's ability to relax and sleep.

Reiki
