Before Your Visit

Our COVID-19 promise

We are taking all necessary and mandated precautions to keep our clients safe and healthy. Proper PPE will be worn at all times by our staff and vigilant cleaning protocols have been put in place.

Payment Options
We accept cash, check, credit, Venmo and Zelle for services. All major credit cards are accepted for online purchases. An additional 3% charge will be applied to all credit card purchases and services. 

Gratuity
Gratuities are graciously accepted. They are not included in the price of the service.

 

Arrival time/Treatment Time
Please arrive to your appointment at your scheduled time. All services offered have a specific time schedule, and prompt arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience. Please also allow an extra 30 minutes outside of the allotted service time, to discuss your concerns and questions and to go over your personalized home treatment plan with your practitioner.

 

Please keep in mind that arriving late for a service may require us to shorten the length of the treatment, with full charges applied, so as not to inconvenience other guests. If a client is more than 15 minutes late, we may require that the appointment be rescheduled.  In special cases, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at the discretion of The Skin Therapy Center and only with advanced notification of late arrival.

Cancellations
As a courtesy to our therapist and other clients, please respect our scheduling by keeping appointments whenever possible. While we understand that unforeseen events occur that may cause a need to cancel an appointment, we ask that you provide a minimum of 24-48 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment are subject to a $60.00 cancellation fee to cover the time reserved. No-shows will be charged the full value of the service.

 

Inclement Weather or Feeling Under the Weather

If we are experiencing inclement weather or you are feeling under the weather, please stay home. We do not want to cause you any extra stress, so just give us a courtesy call as soon as possible to let us know and to reschedule. If our office closes unexpectedly, we will also call you.
